到郵局後需寫郵政存簿儲金立帳申請書、開戶約定書及存款單，請預留辦理時間。After arriving at the post office, you will need to fill out the Postal Savings Passbook Application, Account Opening Agreement, and Deposit Slip. Please allocate some time for this process.

4在學證明：請在開戶前兩天向華語中心申請。

Bank of Taiwan, Wufeng Branch (Recommended)

地點在霧峰區，可在平日營業時間前往，但由於不是學校合作的銀行，若學校要轉帳到你的霧峰郵局帳戶，每筆交易須扣除20元手續費。

The location is in Wufeng District, and you can visit during regular business hours on weekdays. However, since it's not a bank cooperative with the school, there will be a service charge of NT$20 deducted for each transaction if the school needs to transfer money to your Wufeng post office account.

2合作金庫台中分行 Ngân hàng hợp tác Kim Khố chi nhánh Đài Trung

這是學校合作的銀行，地點在中區，離學校較遠，申請開戶後須等一週才能領取銀行卡。若學校轉帳到你的帳戶，不需支付手續費。

Đây là ngân hàng hợp tác với trường, ở khu vực Đài Trung, cách trường hơi xa, sau khi đăng ký phải đợi 1 tuần lễ mới được nhận thẻ ngân hàng. Nếu nhà trường chuyển tiền cho bạn, bạn sẽ không bị trừ phí chuyển.

霧峰郵局：若文件齊全無問題，當天可拿到，耗時1小時

Wufeng Post Office: If the documents are complete, you can get it on the same day, taking approximately 1 hour.

📢提醒：華語生在研習結束後想以學位生身分申請居留證時，需要出示財力證明，金額為新台幣18萬元，以證明你有足夠的財力在台灣生活。你有以下三種方式可以處理：Reminder: After completing Mandarin studies and intending to apply for an ARC as a degree student, financial proof is necessary. The required amount is NT$180,000. This is to demonstrate sufficient financial capability for living in Taiwan. You have three options to fulfill this requirement:

1. 如果你的國內金融卡可以在台灣的ATM機提款，請提取一次款，並保留提款紙本收據，上面顯示的餘額約為新台幣12萬元即可。

If your domestic bank card allows withdrawals from ATMs in Taiwan, please withdraw some money and retain the paper receipt showing the balance (approximately NTD 120,000).

2. 如果你的國內帳戶支援跨國網路轉帳，請將資金轉帳至你在台灣的郵局帳戶，保留相關轉帳證明即可。

If your domestic account supports international online transfers, you can transfer the funds to your post office account in Taiwan and retain the relevant transfer confirmation.

3. 如果你的國內帳戶無法進行跨國網路轉帳，您的祖父母、父母或兄弟姊妹可以跨國轉帳至你在台灣的郵局帳戶，但你需要提供台灣辦事處認證過的親屬關係證明（紙本），同時保留相關匯款證明。

If your domestic account does not support international online transfers, your grandparents, parents, or siblings can transfer funds to your post office account in Taiwan. However, you will need to provide a paper-based proof of your relationship certified by the Taiwan representative office and retain the relevant remittance receipts.
