華語中心原則上僅收取現金，第一次繳學費請到華語中心辦公室辦理。

The Chinese Learning Center (CLC) generally only accepts cash payments. For the first tuition payment, please visit the CLC office.

而繼續讀書的學生請在收到學費繳費單之後，帶著現金和繳費單到出納組繳費，再將核章後的學費繳費單收據交回華語中心辦公室。

For students who continue to study, after receiving the tuition payment slip, please bring cash and the payment slip to the Cashier's Office for payment. Subsequently, submit the receipt of the stamped tuition payment slip to the CLC office.

如果您需要跨國匯款繳交學費，請將款項匯至以下帳號。

If you need to pay tuition fee through international wire transfer, please transfer the money to the following account.

請注意，匯款過程的手續費需自行負擔。完成匯款後，請提供銀行水單，並告知華語中心匯款金額與日期。出納組收到款項後，會向華語中心核對資料，確認無誤後，請攜帶學費繳費單至出納組核章。

Please be aware that you are responsible for any transaction fees incurred during the wire transfer. After completing the transfer, provide the bank receipt and inform the Chinese Learning Center of the transferred amount and date. Once the Cashier's Office receives the money, they will cross-check the information with the CLC, confirm the accuracy, and then you can take the tuition payment slip to the Cashier's Office for stamping.

如果學生在開始上課的第一個月內正式退學或被朝陽科技大學華語中心開除，學費將退還50%。

50% refund of tuition shall be made if a student officially withdraws or is dismissed from the Chinese Learning Center of CYUT within the first month of classes.

為了辦理退費，需要填寫退學申請表。

Filling out Withdrawal Application Form will be needed for the refund.
